If insurance was not verified before your appointment time, note that only cash payments will be accepted according to the financial hardship fee schedule. Cash patients who have insurance benefits for acupuncture but have not yet been verified will receive a super-bill so that they can pursue reimbursement privately, from their insurance provider.
