The Paleo diet is very helpful in healing chronic disease.  It can be adapted to local environments for example, in Hawaii we ate a lot of Taro root and Ulu fruit, which are resistant starches.  In Oregon we eat lots of Yucca, Plantains, pumpkin and sweet yam.

It is vital to do specific movements, such as swimming, or workouts, but also of high importance to move randomly.  When you are in the bio-feedback process of making random decisions on how to move, and feeling how to adapt to gravity and the ground, you are obtaining a strong and resonant support to your cognitive development and long term brain health.

Alternative Relationships
